One special day!

Me and my good friend Rachel had a chance to go to one special place in our area, Pustevny.
This place is very significant for our history and especially the church history. At this location took place the movement of Czech Brothers.
They pulled down the statue of pagan god Radegast and builded wooden church there.

Something new, something special........

I HAVE GOT MY NOSE PIERCED! DON'T YOU LIKE IT? I LOVE IT!

CROATIA TRIP!!!!

Croatia rocks!!!!! Two weeks in Croatia were amazing for me. It is hard to explain. This wonderful country is for lovers! WHY? Because you have to love people, love fun, love late nights, love jokes that don´t make sense all the time, but you can always laugh. Simply said, the two weeks there made me laugh the most in my life as I can remember. One of my American girlfriend couldn't believe that I am Czech (because they don't smile much). Some of you can say that this is just me. No, trust me. I laughed more than you know me! :o)
Couple of highlights from Croatia:
  • English testimony in the church for the first time in my life
  • lots of new and good friends
  • two weeks of FUN
  • I have got my nose pierced!!!!!
  • 2100km (1313miles) by car across Europe driving by myself
  • I could see and experience the Croatian culture (!like it!)

We had such a good team. The name of the team was "Czemarican". Guess why? Most of the people were Americans except me and Ania!
In the right picture is Sarah and me. (her husband Stevo is on the very left on the top picture). She lives with her family in Rijeka. We had the chance to visit them on the last day of our trip. We had very good time to be with the family Vuletic. :o)

The camp in Croatia in the city Cakovec was so much fun. I could travel there with my girlfriend Ania, she is from my church (the picture on left). I was glad that she could experience this amazing trip with me. I could meet lots of amazing people,

which are: Miriam, Ema, Stef, Christina ( the lower left picture), all students from my english class and especially Marta, Inas and Meredith (three girls on the right bottom picture) and lots of others as Jered, Paul, Denton, Jame, Evelyn, Nina, Tamara, Filip,.....
